Real-time Bond Indexes Announced

Houston, Texas, October 3, 2008 - At a time when greater transparency and current market information are required, Dorchester Capital Management LLC announces five new real-time indexes to track major segments of the fixed income market. These indexes are sub-indexes of Dorchester’s CPMKTSBsm The Capital Markets Bond Index published by the American Stock Exchange under the symbol CPMKTB. The newly announced indexes are:

CPMKTC The Capital Markets Corporate Bond Index
The Capital Markets Corporate Bond Index is calculated based on the total return of the nearly 4,000 investment grade corporate fixed income securities in CPMKTB representing the investment grade corporate market with a maturity greater than one year. The divisor was initially set to yield a starting value of 10000 at the end of trading on December 31, 1999.

CMCYLD The Capital Markets Corporate Bond Index Real-time Yield
The Capital Markets Corporate Bond Index Real-time Yield is the weighted average "yield to worst" of the nearly 4,000 investment grade corporate fixed income securities in CPMKTC representing the investment grade corporate market with a maturity greater than one year.

CPMKTT The Capital Markets Treasury Bond Index
The Capital Markets Treasury Bond Index is calculated based on the total return of the United States Treasury securities with a maturity greater than one year in CPMKTB. The divisor was initially set to yield a starting value of 10000 at the end of trading on December 31, 1999.

CMTYLD The Capital Markets Treasury Bond Index Real-time Yield
The Capital Markets Treasury Bond Index Real-time Yield is the weighted average "yield to worst" of the United States Treasury securities with a maturity greater than one year in CPMKTT.

CPMKTM The Capital Markets Mortgage-backed Bond Index
The Capital Markets Mortgage-backed Bond Index is calculated based on the total return of the nearly 300 mortgage generics in CPMKTB representing approximately 460,000 GSE mortgage pools. The divisor was initially set to yield a starting value of 10000 at the end of trading on December 31, 1999.
